DIRECTORS

Engineer Oscar Padilla García General Director Graduate in Civil Engineering from the University of Costa Rica, with a Masters in Banking and Finance of the National University. He has over thirty years experience in their field. He has to his credit more than a hundred projects constructed, which give reference to their achievements in terms of cost, time, quality and safety. All this experience allows Mr. Padilla to face the challenges that are presented in the draft decision with confidence and with great empathy for clients, all with the aim of contributing to organizational efforts to achieve an innovative and unique.

Engineer Luis Diego Padilla Gólcher Partner, Vicepresident and Projects Director Civil Engineer graduated from the Universidad Latina de Costa Rica. He started his work in the company in 2004, since then he has executed a large number of projects in the company in which he has had an active and constant participation. He is currently in charge of the Project Management, supervising company projects in close relationship with the General Management.

MBA. Mauricio Padilla Gólcher Partner, Vicepresident and Administrative-Financial Director Master in Business Administration, graduated from ESEUNE Business School, Bilbao, Spain. His work at Rae Ingenieros S.A. It begins in 2010, directly attending the administrative and financial areas of the company in coordination with the General Directorate.
